What you will do

• Build and evolve mission-critical tools and systems to scale Waymo's services into new markets.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, and other engineers to design and develop internal user-facing products.
• Ship innovative solutions to novel problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering or infrastructure.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid role)

Nice to have

• Experience with C++.
• Experience working in environments with non-technical team members.
• Experience with operations tooling, developer productivity, or developer tools.
