What you will do

• Contribute code to backend services including features, bug fixes, and test coverage.
• Work with REST and gRPC APIs, databases, and cloud-deployed services.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Engage in code reviews as a learning tool.
• Pair program with mentors and other engineers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language, such as Java.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with data structures.
• English: B2 level required for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Docker, or SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience using git in a team setting.
• Prior academic, personal, or open-source project work.
