Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A): Developing data-driven analyses to hold senior leaders accountable for budget targets with an accent on financial modeling and P&L growth. Focus on streamlining budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Establish solid business partnerships with leaders across the business to align on financial goals.
• Prepare, improve, and streamline budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Perform deep analysis and provide month-end variance and management reporting against budgets.
• Provide analytical support and financial guidance to assist senior leadership in business decision-making.
• Develop new analyses and improve reporting metrics to better support organizational objectives.
• Manage ad hoc projects, including the assessment of new business activities or process changes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with financial modeling.
• Proven track record in a business partner or corporate FP&A role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Pigment planning tool.
• Knowledge or experience working within a customer support organization.
