What you will do

• Own operational finance functions including treasury, billing, collections, and payroll.
• Manage statutory financial reporting, local and group audits, and global tax filings.
• Design, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Lead the month-end close process, providing variance analysis and performance insights to executives.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, developing OKRs and guiding career progression.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop reporting measures and identify optimal product opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• CPA designation.
• Experience leading finance teams within a SaaS or complex technology business environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, macros, and complex formulas.
• Must be based in or able to work in Toronto, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Experience with FinancialForce, Sage Intacct, or MS Dynamics.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Salesforce, Concur, or Xactly.
• Experience managing teams across multiple time zones and multi-jurisdiction environments.
