What you will do
- Maintain strategic relationships with clients to provide high-level support and direction.
- Lead and mentor client services teams to ensure deliverables are strategically on target, on time, and within budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal agency teams to communicate brand and medical education strategies.
- Bridge the gap between client objectives and agency execution through a deep understanding of therapeutic areas.
- Manage day-to-day business operations for multiple clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure quality control and provide input on team performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of agency account management experience.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising experience.
- Digital background required, specifically experience managing websites.
- Experience leading digital omni-channel marketing initiatives.
- BA/BS degree.
- Must be based in or near the primary hiring regions: Philadelphia, New York City, Washington, D.C., Chicago, or Toronto.
