TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000–$105,000

What you will do

  • Manage the relationship with the LA28 client and ticketing venue partners to deliver seamless fan experiences.
  • Own event configuration and execution for complex, high-profile multi-venue and multi-sport environments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global products, influencing improvements based on client needs and usage.
  • Lead the resolution of high-impact issues during live Olympic onsales to protect revenue and fan experience.
  • Oversee high-volume support requests and communicate critical system updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage team performance, setting productivity, quality, and service standards.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree.
  • 4-6 years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming.
  • 4-6 years of experience leading a high-functioning customer service team.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
