Salary: $80,000–$105,000

What you will do
- Manage the relationship with the LA28 client and ticketing venue partners to deliver seamless fan experiences.
- Own event configuration and execution for complex, high-profile multi-venue and multi-sport environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for products, influencing improvements based on client needs and usage.
- Lead the resolution of high-impact issues during live Olympic onsales to protect revenue and fan experience.
- Oversee high-volume support requests and communicate critical system updates to clients and internal teams.
- Manage team performance, setting productivity, quality, and service standards.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree.
- 4-6 years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming.
- 4-6 years of experience leading a high-functioning customer service team.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions in high-pressure environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
