What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply and inventory planners to scale company capabilities.
• Translate demand forecasts into purchasing requirements, production plans, and replenishment strategies.
• Own days of inventory on hand, balancing service levels, working capital, and costs.
• Continuously optimize planning parameters including safety stock, reorder points, and batch sizes.
• Partner with Sourcing and Operations to monitor supplier reliability, capacity, and fill rates.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to improve in-house planning tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or supply chain analytics in retail, e-commerce, or CPG.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring other planners.
• Strong fundamentals in replenishment logic, safety stock, and MOQ constraints.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using automation and AI-enabled tools to accelerate decision-making.
• Must be based in Canada.
