What you will do
- Execute and manage partnership and licensing agreements from initiation through completion.
- Prepare negotiation materials, contract templates, and supporting deal documentation.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and manage partner payments using procurement and finance tools.
- Maintain rights tracking systems to ensure visibility into expirations and renewals.
- Manage and triage inbound partnership proposals and coordinate responses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in business development, program coordination, or contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Proven experience working with legal contracts and coordinating time-sensitive deliverables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be located in or able to work in Redmond, WA
Nice to have
- 8–10 years of experience in partnerships or contract-related roles.
- Background in the gaming, media, or entertainment industry.
- Experience in a paralegal or contract negotiation support role.
- Familiarity with licensing agreements, rights management, or digital content partnerships.
