What you will do

• Execute and manage partnership and licensing agreements from initiation through completion.
• Prepare negotiation materials, contract templates, and supporting deal documentation.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and manage partner payments using procurement and finance tools.
• Maintain rights tracking systems to ensure visibility into expirations and renewals.
• Manage and triage inbound partnership proposals and coordinate responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in business development, program coordination, or contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience working with legal contracts and coordinating time-sensitive deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be located in or able to work in Redmond, WA

Nice to have

• 8–10 years of experience in partnerships or contract-related roles.
• Background in the gaming, media, or entertainment industry.
• Experience in a paralegal or contract negotiation support role.
• Familiarity with licensing agreements, rights management, or digital content partnerships.
