Compensation: $1,200 – $2,500 USD per month

What you will do

• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage AP/AR processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support tax filings, financial statements, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and drive improvements to financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Availability to work within the CET timezone.
• Clear communication skills and ability to remain reliable under pressure.
