What you will do

• Design and ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows for production.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks, prompt testing pipelines, and regression suites to ensure AI reliability.
• Develop orchestration layers including agent routing, tool use, and multi-step workflow coordination.
• Optimize prompt engineering strategies and structured output patterns across the platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate customer needs into AI system designs.
• Establish and evolve AI-augmented development practices and guardrails for the entire engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of experience building LLM-powered or AI/ML systems in production.
• Deep fluency in Python and familiarity with LLM SDKs (e.g., OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Strong backend fundamentals including APIs, state management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Daily use of AI agents for coding (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns (handoffs, agents-as-tools).
• Prior experience with ML model serving infrastructure, feature stores, or ML data pipelines.
