What you will do

• Build and deploy AI agents that autonomously handle sales tasks like prospecting, email outreach, and call preparation.
• Take GM-level ownership of product lines, iterating based on direct feedback from design partners.
• Develop systems that learn over time and calibrate trust with end-users through clear evaluation metrics.
• Collaborate directly with customers via shared Slack channels to ship improvements and solve real-world sales challenges.
• Drive revenue impact for customers, aiming for significant increases in meetings booked.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco and willing to work in-office 3+ days per week.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally as a founding engineer or in a high-bar technical environment.
• Production experience shipping AI agents or tools in response to user feedback.
• Strong foundation in the tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• High agency and ability to own outcomes without a clear playbook.
