Fullstack Developer (AI): Building and shipping agentic workflows on the Titan platform to solve complex banking use cases with an accent on prompt engineering, RAG, and workflow automation. Focus on configuring and extending Banking-Reasoning Models and Banking Agents to deliver secure, production-ready AI solutions for financial institutions.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Role is remote-first with regular client travel (25–40%).

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a pre-Series A startup building a secure, purpose-built AI platform for the banking industry, including specialized reasoning models and agentic application layers.

What you will do

• Build and ship agentic workflows on the Titan platform for lending, credit, compliance, and operations.
• Configure agents, write integrations, design evals, and implement observability for production systems.
• Partner directly with banking clients to gather requirements, demo progress, and iterate on solutions.
• Capture successful patterns back into the platform to accelerate future development.
• Rapidly learn the banking domain, including risk, controls, and regulatory context.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong fullstack development experience with a backend spike (Python core, TypeScript helpful).
• Experience building agents with LangChain, LangGraph, or model-provider SDKs.
• Familiarity with agent search patterns, vector RAG, and vectorless RAG.
• Understanding of AI security, data controls, and observability tooling.
• Ability to run small projects end-to-end and comfort in client-facing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI evals and training loops.
• Background in unconventional paths or self-taught coding.
• Interest in financial services and regulatory technology.
