What you will do

• Oversee the daily performance and operation of enterprise-level software applications.
• Gather and document functional business requirements and translate them into system designs.
• Act as a primary liaison between technology teams, support teams, business units, and senior management.
• Manage external software vendors, including contract negotiation and budgeting.
• Analyze and determine root causes for reported system issues and develop improvement strategies.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth system, integration, and customer acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting software applications and software development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Access.
• Experience with retail applications, IT business practices, and SDLC methodologies.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
