What you will do

• Schedule onsite interviews and coordinate candidate travel.
• Manage day-of onsite interview logistics and host candidates.
• Ensure a positive and successful experience for all candidates.
• Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Maintain knowledge of business programs to communicate effectively with candidates and client groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Previous professional experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Redmond, WA.

Nice to have

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 6+ months of professional experience, including internships.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and personnel policies.
