What you will do
- Develop and execute global Go-to-Market strategies for KYB solutions.
- Lead overall sales strategy across major global markets to align with growth objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure business KPIs are met through strategic planning.
- Identify new market opportunities and design regional expansion strategies.
- Conduct high-level competitive analysis to strengthen market positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams for seamless GTM execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a mandatory background in selling KYB products.
- Deep understanding of KYB trends, geographic specificities, and competitive landscapes.
- Proven track record of bringing complex products to market and managing large enterprise deals.
- Experience designing and executing GTM strategies for regional and global expansion.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively within a matrixed organization.
- Experience running large-scale education programs for 100+ people.
Nice to have
- MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
