What you will do

• Coordinate and assess corporate stewardship opportunities to foster a sense of belonging.
• Develop dashboard reports using Power BI to track stewardship and HR metrics.
• Plan and execute team member network groups, webinars, and group discussions.
• Collaborate with business units and the Community Engagement Team to promote volunteer activities.
• Develop innovative solutions for strategic partnerships with external community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or 3–5 years of experience in CSR, community engagement, or banking.
• Must be based in or able to report to a physical company location (Hybrid).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with executive leadership.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with Power BI.
