What you will do

• Execute the enterprise AI enablement strategy, translating organizational priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead a federated operating model, managing a central AI enablement team and coordinating distributed leaders across service lines.
• Own the intake and prioritization process for AI use cases, defining business outcomes, readiness requirements, and accountability.
• Lead operational support for AI governance bodies to ensure alignment with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
• Build enterprise AI literacy across clinical and operational audiences through scalable education and reference patterns.
• Partner with Technology Delivery, Data Engineering, and Digital leaders to align implementation standards and production readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Columbus, OH (Hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, analytics, digital enablement, or large-scale operational improvement.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and managing enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven track record of enabling adoption of advanced technology capabilities (AI, analytics, automation).
• Minimum 3-year commitment to the role is required.

Nice to have

• Strong working knowledge of generative AI, predictive analytics, and decision support patterns.
• Expertise in change management and operating within matrixed environments using influence.
• Established relationships within the AI startup community.
• Experience implementing scalable AI adoption in regulated healthcare environments.
