What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support for AV systems, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve system or equipment faults.
• Manage and maintain an inventory tracking and recording mechanism.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to facilitate equipment repairs.
• Track and update work duties and repair needs within ticketing systems.
• Produce detailed summary reports on system status and events.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of commercial AV support experience.
• Experience with video conferencing, unified communications, and collaboration platforms.
• Proven track record of providing face-to-face client technical systems support.
• High school diploma or equivalent (postsecondary degree preferred).
• Must be based in Washington, DC for onsite work.
• Ability to handle equipment up to 50 pounds and traverse campus grounds.
