Systems Engineer

TL;DR

Systems Engineer: Providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support for operational government customers with an accent on project management, system installation, and testing. Focus on managing integration projects, conducting RFC impact assessments, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful system transitions.

Location: Onsite in Aurora, CO. Active Top Secret-SCI w/Poly clearance is required.

Salary: $70.00 - $99.00 per hour (W2 contract).

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end systems engineering and integration support for operational systems.
• Manage integration projects from inception through system transition.
• Analyze complex problems and conduct detailed investigations to determine resolutions.
• Perform Request For Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessments.
• Communicate and influence stakeholders across government, military, and contractor teams.
• Provide data-driven insights to support customer decision-making for system upgrades.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret-SCI w/Poly clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum of 6 years of prior engineering experience.
• Proven experience in systems installation, integration, and testing.
• Experience in engineering technical and project management.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Customer NSIS or rapid delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working across contract and location boundaries.
