What you will do

• Consult on large-scale infrastructure engineering initiatives and strategic planning.
• Analyze and resolve complex system challenges while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Optimize system performance and identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement.
• Lead deployment activities and transition to release code deployment ownership.
• Collaborate with platform support teams to enhance capabilities and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft administration, including PeopleTools, App Designer, and Change Assistant.
• Working knowledge of Oracle DB setup, performance tuning, and reporting optimization.
• Experience with Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in modern automation tools: Git, Jenkins, uDeploy, and Liquibase.
• Understanding of load balancing, datacenter resiliency, and business continuity planning.
