What you will do

• Design, execute, and optimize integrated multi-country marketing programs across EMEA to drive new business and pipeline growth.
• Tailor campaigns for diverse EMEA markets focusing on specific target account lists.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Field Marketing, Performance Marketing, and xDR teams.
• Integrate paid media approaches into campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
• Leverage the partner ecosystem within program strategies to amplify results.
• Utilize emerging technologies, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience executing end-to-end B2B technology marketing programs at scale within the EMEA region.
• Strong expertise in targeting and segmentation strategies for high-potential accounts.
• Hands-on experience with paid media application in integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record of collaborating with sales, xDR, and cross-functional marketing teams.
• Data-driven mindset focused on tracking performance, ROI, and pipeline metrics.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland
