What you will do

• Lead delivery for Billing and Data teams, managing backlogs and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Author detailed feature epics and user stories with precise acceptance criteria for engineering execution.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by writing and executing SQL queries against BigQuery to verify data accuracy.
• Coordinate release planning, author release notes, and manage internal rollout communications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align tactical execution with business strategy.
• Define and validate MVPs to incrementally deliver value aligned with hirify.global's strategic goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in platform, infrastructure, or data-centric environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery for data validation.
• Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and tools such as dbt and Airflow.
• Expertise in Agile development frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, or accounting modules in SaaS or fintech.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience in data governance or privacy-compliant data handling (GDPR, CCPA).
• Technical background with a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
