Location: Remote (United States). No visa sponsorship or transfers available.
Salary: $185,500 - $218,500 USD (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Own the technical sales motion for a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts across AMER.
- Lead discovery, solution design, and technical conversations to connect the platform to engineering priorities.
- Drive the technical win by defining success criteria, running POCs, and navigating competitive evaluations.
- Engage with engineering leaders and SRE organizations on observability best practices and AI-era workflows.
- Translate complex customer environments into clear architectural narratives and solution frameworks.
- Contribute to the team's technical library including demos and reference architectures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales or solution architecture experience in B2B SaaS with highly technical customers.
- Track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with technical buyers.
- Hands-on fluency with Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems, and API-driven architectures.
- Solid working knowledge of observability, distributed tracing, and OpenTelemetry.
- Must be based in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or support visa transfers.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer engagements and field events.

- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message frameworks.
