What you will do

• Perform monthly accounting and complete quarterly reporting for insurance companies.
• Handle regulatory calculations and summarize large datasets for state-specific requirements.
• Contribute to financial modeling, M&A activities, and cash flow projections.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Engage in high-level controller or CFO-level project-based work.
• Collaborate with the US-based team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in an accounting role at an associate or manager level.
• Strong background in accounting principles and practices.
• Experience within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, regulatory calculations, and data summarization.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) aligned with US EST time zone.
• Insurance and statutory accounting experience is a plus.
