What you will do

• Coordinate ticket procurement from international partners to ensure availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain and update product pages in the online shop to ensure accurate and engaging information.
• Support the development of pricing strategies based on supply, demand, and performance data.
• Assist in content creation and webshop optimization for internal growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with CRM, SEO, and Marketing teams to enhance the e-commerce customer journey.

Requirements

• Availability for at least 32 hours per week over a minimum period of 5 months.
• Enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in E-Commerce, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency, with knowledge of at least one additional language.
• Confident handling of data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work in Groningen, Netherlands for the hybrid setup.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
