What you will do

• Design and launch new commercial propositions and win-win solutions based on customer feedback.
• Own and scale existing offerings, such as membership deals, voucher campaigns, or loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure operational feasibility and design efficient processes.
• Act as a gatekeeper for the commercial offering to ensure it remains simple and scalable.
• Independently lead cross-functional projects from initial scouting and design to go-live and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a commercial or product-oriented environment.
• Proven experience setting up commercial processes and propositions, ideally within a startup or scale-up.
• Track record of owning projects end-to-end and aligning with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate commercial performance and implement concrete improvements.
• Right to work in the Netherlands (visa sponsorship requirements will be evaluated)

• Experience working closely with both product and sales teams.
