What you will do

  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for current and future product portfolios.
  • Own NPI business plans, including pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and long-term forecasts.
  • Manage the full product life cycle from initiation to volume ramp-up and change notifications.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, stable product specifications while balancing features, timeline, and costs.
  • Collaborate with system architects, engineering teams, and key customers to define product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as a product marketing or business development manager.
  • Mandatory experience in the Automotive market segment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel worldwide for customer visits and trade shows.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Knowledge of analog, interfaces, networking devices, or system architectures.
  • Creative mindset.
