What you will do

• Define and execute customer-backed growth strategies for QBO Advanced and hirify.global Enterprise Suite (IES).
• Own the A/B testing roadmap across onboarding, activation, and billing surfaces to drive incremental revenue.
• Build AI-first product experiences, including personalization engines and predictive engagement models.
• Utilize GenAI to accelerate experimentation cycles and synthesize customer insights at scale.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable growth solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in high-velocity experimentation and A/B testing to improve retention and activation.
• Strong analytical fluency with behavioral data, funnel metrics, and site analytics.
• Experience implementing AI/ML-driven personalization and predictive engagement models.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership with data-backed narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
