What you will do

• Map and redesign processes across a growing portfolio of businesses.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and build actionable improvement plans.
• Support M&A integration activity and operational due diligence on acquisitions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to shape strategic decisions.
• Support the implementation of scalable, tech-enabled transformation solutions.
• Produce board-level materials and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting focusing on strategy, operations, or transformation.
• Strong grounding in structured problem solving, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or system implementations.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for producing senior-ready outputs.
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset and ability to work comfortably in ambiguity.
• Location: Must be based in London for hybrid work.
