What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate the internal AI tools platform.
• Build CI/CD and release workflows for AI-enabled development processes and AI-related tools.
• Deploy and operate pipelines for models, prompts, and evaluations with versioning, cost tracking, and rollback strategies.
• Implement security controls, access rules, service configurations, and compliance measures for AI platforms.
• Improve testing, monitoring, performance, durability, and reliability across the platform.
• Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, support AI office hours, and lead architecture discussions and on-call activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience designing, deploying, operating, and troubleshooting cloud-based or on-premises infrastructure, DevOps platforms, or SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Production experience with LLM applications, AI agents, workflow automation, or generative AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, reranking, context management, structured outputs, tool use, evaluation, and AI security.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, MCP, ACP, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Jenkins, Git, Linux, and observability tools.
• Ability to work independently, solve ambiguous technical problems, collaborate across teams, and translate workflows into scalable solutions.
