Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of experience in system design, architecture, reliability, and scaling
• 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software language
• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead
• Must be based in New York, NY

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and API orchestration
• Expertise in large multimodal models, RAG, or reinforcement learning
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
