What you will do

• Lead day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Veeva PromoMats platform.
• Coordinate the end-to-end MLR review process, including submission intake, scheduling, and archival.
• Act as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and agency partners.
• Support the development of modular content strategies and scalable creation processes.
• Ensure all promotional materials comply with FDA guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials related to PromoMats and MLR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in MLR operations or promotional review within the pharma or biotech industry.
• Hands-on experience administering and managing Veeva PromoMats.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical promotional regulations and FDA compliance requirements.
• Must have existing employment rights in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
