What you will do

• Lead DS and DP projects from the proposal stage through project completion.
• Establish project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Monitor and control project progression to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client contacts and manage day-to-day communications.
• Assist business development in preparing quotations and proposals with stakeholder input.
• Represent the company at client visits, conferences, and trade shows to promote services.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual (fluent in English and Mandarin)
• Must be based in the United States
• Masters (MS) or PhD in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and small molecule drug development process.
• Ability to travel via plane or train.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO industry experience.
• Prior project management experience.
