What you will do

• Assist with claims intake, documentation, and risk tracking processes.
• Support maintenance of fleet rental and asset tracking databases and monitor vehicle movements.
• Maintain operational databases and spreadsheets, creating and improving business tracking tools.
• Draft and respond to business correspondence using approved templates and corporate standards.
• Organize digital and physical records according to company protocols and retention practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
