What you will do

• Implement and maintain Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops (CVAD) and RDS solutions.
• Manage data center operations, including software deployment and ticket handling (request/incident/change/problem).
• Drive continuous service improvements to ensure the availability of critical business processes.
• Perform on-call duties and troubleshoot errors within the area of expertise.
• Plan implementation steps and align them with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with CVAD, Citrix Netscaler, DaaS, and PVS & MCS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, and Microsoft AVD.
• Experience with scripting, specifically Powershell.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2).
• German: Upper Intermediate (B2).
• Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware vSphere.
• Knowledge of FSLogix.
