What you will do

• Design and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) ensuring high availability and security.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support following ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Manage system lifecycle, including patching, upgrades, and migrations.
• Optimize infrastructure using monitoring tools like SCOM and Azure Monitor.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and IaC tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in planning, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-scale Windows Server infrastructures.
• Proven experience troubleshooting advanced issues related to AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Practical automation skills using PowerShell.
• English: B2 level required.
• Must be based in the Silesian area and able to visit the Katowice office regularly.

• Experience with Zabbix and ServiceNow.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) - Data Center Virtualization.
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
