What you will do

• Identify and interpret technical requirements, including building and fuel gas codes for US and Canadian markets.
• Collaborate with container development teams, customers, and project partners to ensure product compliance and facilitate local permitting.
• Lead technical compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation plans within the Requirement Management System.
• Prepare and maintain technical files and compliance evidence to support customer and partner permitting activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical compliance activities to integrate requirements into product development and project execution.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in technical compliance, permitting support, or regulatory affairs within the energy or industrial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of US and Canadian permitting processes, technical standards, and regulations.
• Proven experience interfacing with local authorities and building officials on compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills in cross-functional environments.
