What you will do

• Develop and operate Condition Monitoring programs for clients in coordination with the Lead CM Engineer.
• Conduct routine vibration and oil analysis surveys at client premises.
• Analyze vibration data and report results with associated corrective maintenance recommendations.
• Perform periodic on-site pump performance testing and detailed reporting.
• Calculate the cost-benefit of proposed maintenance recommendations using defined processes.
• Interface directly with clients to ensure high-quality on-site delivery of monitoring services.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based on-site in Trainer, PA, USA
• Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2 certification (or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vibration analysis for rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software.

Nice to have

• Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2 certification.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical seals.
• Skills in thermography, rotor dynamics analysis, laser alignment, and electrical tests.
• Experience working within a diverse, global corporate environment.
