What you will do

• Conduct on-site mechanical seal and equipment evaluations and provide technical recommendations.
• Proactively review customer applications to improve Mean Time Between Replacement (MTBR).
• Direct the installation and commissioning of mechanical seals and auxiliary support systems.
• Collect and analyze customer data using reliability management software such as ServiceMax.
• Provide technical training for maintenance and operations personnel.
• Assist customers with the Management of Change (MOC) process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; High school diploma required.
• Experience with mechanical seals, rotating equipment, and basic engineering principles.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies including Kaizen, SMED, and Lean.
• Proficiency in MS Office and machining practices.
• Must be willing and able to travel as needed to support assignments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business demands.
