Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

What you will do

• Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Review capital expenditure and perform regular reconciliations between the register and general ledger.
• Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity reporting.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of fixed asset disclosures for statutory accounts and audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams on capital projects.

Requirements

• Part qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
• Proven experience in fixed asset accounting.
• Experience or a strong understanding of treasury functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Manchester city centre.
