Salary: £180,000 – £210,000 per annum

What you will do

• Guide the leadership team through a successful corporate transaction and sale.
• Lead commercial and financial due diligence processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with investors, buyers, and advisors.
• Manage the data room and key financial reporting.
• Oversee banking and working capital management.
• Lead and manage a finance team of approximately 14 staff.

Requirements

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience guiding a business through a successful transaction.
• Strong commercial accounting skills and experience with multi-entity organizations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Lancashire.
• Strong staff management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
