What you will do

  • Support the design and implementation of scalable operating models for new funds and products across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Investments, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Assess regulatory, tax, and market developments to determine their impact on existing products and processes.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new funds and third-party providers, monitoring service delivery against agreed KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers and support transaction execution across multiple asset classes.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in operations or finance within asset management, specifically across alternative or real assets.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures (open or closed-ended) and governance frameworks.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to implement practical operational solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders and corporate functions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
