Fund and Product Operations Associate (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of scalable operating models for new funds and products across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Product, Investments, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams on product launches.
• Assess regulatory, tax, and market developments and their impact on products and processes.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to strengthen efficiency, control, and scalability.
• Maintain governance documentation and service level agreements while coordinating fund, product, and provider onboarding.
• Manage external service-provider relationships, monitor KPIs, and support transactions and onboarding or offboarding across multiple asset classes.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in operations or finance within asset management, ideally in alternative or real assets.
• Understanding of open-ended or closed-ended fund structures and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of operational processes, controls, and target operating models.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
