What you will do

• Review and challenge management accounts produced by external accounting teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Report on the financial performance of operational portfolios during monthly Customer Board meetings.
• Prepare budgets and monitor costs in close collaboration with commercial asset managers.
• Ensure accurate financial information and commentary are presented in Investor Reports.
• Project manage audits, review statutory financial statements, and assist with financial due diligence for asset sales.
• Assist in the operational onboarding of new investments into finance and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP.
• Proven ability to complete and review financial consolidations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment entity accounting.
• Experience with renewable energy investment assets and relevant subsidy schemes.
• Understanding of CIR and other basis tax rules.
