What you will do

• Collaborate with finance teams across key processes such as R2R, reporting, and SAP-related activities.
• Analyze practical task execution to identify process variations, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop clear, user-friendly step-by-step SOPs including SAP transaction references.
• Create high-level process flow diagrams outlining inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
• Recommend best practice approaches to standardize inconsistencies across teams.
• Establish a centralized documentation repository and develop reusable templates.

Requirements

• Finance background, either as a graduate or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes, including month-end, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to break down and structure complex processes clearly.
• Must be able to work on-site in Newcastle.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SAP.
• Previous exposure to process documentation or SOP creation.
• Understanding of audit and control environments.
