TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Inbound) (SaaS): Qualifying inbound leads and converting interest into booked meetings for Account Executives with an accent on lead qualification and high-volume call handling. Focus on optimizing lead-to-meeting conversion rates and maintaining a clean pipeline in Salesforce.

Location: In-office in Montreal, QC (5 days/week)

What you will do

  • Handle approximately 60 inbound calls daily to qualify leads from website, marketing, and partner channels.
  • Quickly respond to new leads to move prospects from initial interest to booked meetings.
  • Identify prospect needs through active listening to match them with the appropriate Account Executive.
  • Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to refine lead scoring and define lead quality.

Requirements

  • Experience in fast-paced, people-facing roles (inside sales, customer success, hospitality, or retail).
  • Polished written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to own a pipeline and meet performance targets independently.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be based in and work in-office in Montreal, QC.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks.
  • Prior experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
