Salary: $55,000–$65,000

What you will do
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of active VFB/VFG enterprise accounts.
- Lead onboarding coordination for new accounts, managing timelines, documentation, and communications.
- Build and maintain partner-facing reports on utilization, engagement, and program performance.
- Coordinate renewals and ensure long-term retention and growth of the enterprise book of business.
- Develop internal systems, playbooks, and CRM hygiene to scale account management efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or program coordination, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools and advanced spreadsheet skills for data reporting.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills for high-profile client interactions.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Toronto office at least 2 days per week.
- Self-starter capable of managing a full book of business with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience in benefits, insurance, HR tech, or health services.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira or Confluence.
