What you will do

  • Resolve disputes related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning costs across multiple markets.
  • Manage arbitration cases by applying company policies and industry standards to ensure consistent outcomes.
  • Liaise with rental branches, reconditioning facilities, and third-party vendors to handle escalated cases.
  • Audit reconditioning work and documentation through scheduled and unannounced site visits.
  • Conduct in-person vehicle inspections to validate damage claims and determine outcomes.
  • Provide operations leadership with documented results and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive damage assessment, claims adjustment, or vehicle reconditioning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and general computer navigation.
  • Strong organizational and professional communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically up to 65%.
