What you will do

• Lead safety and quality standards within a designated production area and throughout the plant.
• Direct and coordinate daily activities involved in producing automotive products.
• Provide leadership to employees by setting an example and ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
• Review and analyze data to determine areas for improvement and operational opportunities.
• Support company policies and programs through effective communication techniques.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and the ability to read engineering drawings and bills of materials.
• Working knowledge of QS9000, ISO14001, and TS16949 standards.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Overtime is required for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience in plastic molding and assembly.
• Degree from a four-year college or university.
