What you will do

• Partner with Client Success Managers to support day-to-day needs for 10–12 global enterprise accounts.
• Develop client-facing resources, including kick-off decks, insight presentations, and training materials.
• Analyze client usage data to track KPIs and prepare evidence for strategic account reviews.
• Manage onboarding milestones and coordinate resolution of client issues via the Vitally platform.
• Support the design of adoption campaigns and pilot new AI features to enhance insight delivery.
• Document and automate repeatable internal CS processes to improve team efficiency and onboarding.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, account support, or project coordination role.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
