What you will do

• Design and implement marketing and outreach plans tailored to the Mexican and Latin American markets.
• Develop and lead strategies to acquire new medical students, doctors, and institutional users.
• Establish strategic partnerships with medical associations, universities, and student organizations.
• Plan and execute regional campaigns, including roadshows, events, and webinars to engage the medical community.
• Track progress and analyze quantitative KPIs and qualitative feedback to optimize growth strategies.

Requirements

• Licensed medical doctor (physician) in Latin America.
• Native Spanish speaker with English fluency (C1/C2).
• In-depth understanding of the Mexican medical education system, specifically ENARM.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-oriented approach with the ability to iterate based on data and feedback.
